Centennial Wellness


Yoga classes have been postponed for the month of May. Classes will resume at their usual time starting Wednesday May 31.

Are you looking to start your work week off right? If so, then a relaxing yoga class might be for you. Classes are held on Centennial Campus every Monday and Wednesday from 12:15 – 1:00p in Research Building IV, Suite 1700.

All classes are FREE and open to everyone!

Please bring your own mat. There are restrooms adjacent to the room in case you need space to change.

New to yoga or want to try it for the first time? Not an issue. Classes are focused on relaxation and restoration.
