Development, Leasing and Management

On Centennial Campus, we guide land development, leasing and management for select buildings, and ground tenant inquiries. We also lease limited retail space on Hillsborough Street.

Our office works with real estate developers and brokers — and directly with organizations and companies — that are interested in engaging with the university about real estate development or leasing. If you are working on behalf of a university department, please visit our dedicated page for university department support.
