Innovation District
The planned 30-acre, mixed-use innovation development will expand Centennial Campus’ three-decade success story. See how NC State is creating a different kind of research campus.
North Shore Residential
Situated on the north shore of Lake Raleigh, North Shore is a townhome and condominium community located on NC State’s Centennial Campus. North Shore offers residential homeownership opportunities* on Centennial, in an environment that boasts a central location and unmatched access to natural amenities in a growing urban context.
Development of North Shore continues with new townhouse and condominium units under construction.
* The residential dwellings at North Shore are privately owned but subject to an underlying ground lease with The Board of Trustees of the Endowment Fund of North Carolina State University.
Greenway Realignment
A project is underway to modify the greenway along the north shore of Lake Raleigh. Please remain alert and utilize the detour that has been created to redirect greenway traffic during this project.
