Current Projects

Centennial Campus Rezoning

The university is pursuing updated zoning to help ensure Centennial Campus remains a vital educational and economic engine for the city, region and state.

North Oval Innovation District

NC State is in the early phases of planning up to 32 acres of urban, mixed-use development to support public-private partnerships and leading-edge research.

The future development will expand and supplement the existing innovation ecosystem in support of the university’s education, research and statewide outreach mission. This project will also provide ample new amenities to serve the university community and as well as partners on Centennial Campus.
