Our office handles purchase inquiries for university and foundation property, and any offers to sell or donate property to the university.
Gifts of real property can be made to the university’s endowment or to one of the university’s affiliated foundations. These gifts may be held for programmatic purposes or sold, with the proceeds benefiting the college or endowment of the donor’s choice.
