Greenway Realignment

The developer has completed the installation of a filtera system and completed the paving of the new Greenway Realignment. NC State Centennial Campus Greenway re-opened on May 3, 2024. All detour signage and blockades have been removed.  

December 19, 2023

The developer will mobilize the greenway work starting on December 20, 2023. Residents may see higher activities and noise levels on Campus Shore Drive and behind the Lake Shore Condos. The work that is done will consist of clearing trees, installing a filtera system, and the realignment of the greenway. Residents may need to re-locate their vehicles that are parked on the backside of the parking lot. Please continue to remain alert and utilize the detour that has been created to redirect greenway traffic during this project.

A project is underway to modify the greenway along the north shore of Lake Raleigh.  The project will both accommodate stormwater management features associated with the development of the North Shore residential project, and also modify the path slightly to eliminate potential greenway/vehicular conflicts in this area.   

Please remain alert and utilize the detour (shown below) that has been created to redirect greenway traffic during this project.
